What is a party planner?
A party planner is someone who organises a party or celebration. It may be a birthday, anniversary, christening or in fact any type of event at all that justifies celebrating. A party planner arranges and co-ordinates the various party aspects and ensures its success. A party planner may be the events host or someone like us – brought in to support the host or take it on all together.
Why do I need a party planner?
Arranging a successful party takes up lots of time - something many of us lack. In order for you to relax and enjoy your event, we can take on your party specifications and organise as much or as little as you like.
If its ideas or inspiration you struggle with, then we can push lots your way and make your celebration “one to remember”.
Does a party planner do everything?
Yes if that’s what you want. However if you only want us to provide one or two aspects of your party, that’s fine too.
How much does a party planner cost?
Once we have all your individual requirements we will give you a fixed fee quote based on those requirements and on the time we estimate we will have to spend organising your event. By charging in this way, you can be assured there will be no hidden extra’s – you will know exactly what the cost will be up-front.
Will I remain in control?
Of course! It’s your party and we will work with you to provide a perfect celebration. You will be kept fully informed and involved at all times.
